Again, I can send the wrong product from the  without checking. If there is any problem with the product through returns, the customer can send it back to Dhaka One Fashion. to get a Qualityful product. We believe customer trust is one of our achievements.

 

Return and Replacement Policy FAQ-

 

1. In what cases will returns be applicable?

 

• Returns are applicable for defective products only. Dhaka One Fashion. shall not be liable for returns for non-defective products.

 

2. What defects are acceptable for defective products?

3. How many days can I return the product?

 

• Any defect in the product should be reported to Dhaka One Fashion. along with problem details as soon as received. The product must be checked while the delivery man is present, no complaints will be entertained after the delivery man has left and Dhaka One Fashion. will not be obliged to issue returns.

 

4. How and through which means can I report for returns?

 

• Inbox Dhaka One Fashion. Facebook page, live chat on Dhaka One Fashion. website or email : dhakaonefashion@gmail.com for detailed complaints. If you send a picture of the problem with the product, you will get a quick solution. That means Dhaka One Fashion will send a fresh copy to the customer.

 

5. How soon will I receive the new product?

 

Dhaka OneFashion will check the product for defects and arrange for delivery within 7-10 days. Customers will be contacted by Dhaka One Fashion if necessary.

 

6. What will be the delivery system for returns?

 

1. In case of Express Courier outside Dhaka and Dhaka, the problem order should be returned to the delivery agent at the time of delivery, fresh/new product should be received. If the problematic book/product cannot be returned, it must be received in cash.

 

2. In case of other couriers including Post Office outside Dhaka Express Courier service, the customer has to send back the product himself and later receive the fresh product in the same manner.

 

3. within Dhaka the Dhaka One Fashion delivery team will collect the product themselves, if outside Dhaka, the customer will send the product to the address of Dhaka One Fashion at his own risk.Dhaka One Fashion will service and redeliver the product after receiving it.

 

7. How long will it take for me to receive a refund after returning a defective product?

 

•Dhaka One Fashion will refund within 10 working days of product return in case of pre-payment.
